Looking for people to Benchmark against

I wonder if anyone could help, I work for MDA SearchFlow  based in Kings Hill, and I am after trying to organize some benchmarking exercises.  I currently work as the in house trainer for the customer service team, they also deal with a lot of calls etc, not indifferent from a call centre. I am trying to find people in a similar role to myself, to meet up with them, visit their offices, share ideas and generally compare what they do in their role to what I do in mine.

I also have another colleague who is taking on a Quality role, this is a brand new role to the company and we wondered if you had anyone within your organization who does a similar sort of thing that we could spend time with?
