Established in 1989 we at Daniels Fitness Group have the knowledge and experience to help you to look after your staff by providing on site lifestyle, fitness and activity programmes.

Anna Daniels (MD) trained in Musical Theatre and went on to enjoy a successful career on the stage and television. After an injury forced her to give up dancing, she qualified as an RSA Exercise instructor and went on to launch the Daniels Fitness Group, creating an extensive Personal Fitness and Corporate client base across London, East Sussex and Kent.
Anna is an active presenter and teacher trainer, having gained a Cert Ed at Greenwich University. She has worked with Cybex, Nike, Forza and has given talks to WKCC, Women in Business, as well as creating Danniella Westbrook’s Better Body Workout DVD, and appearing in Meridian TV’s Health Campaign whilst also regularly contributing professionally to KMFM radio. Anna works within schools and businesses to create active lifestyle and wellbeing programmes.
