One thing I would do is add some sort of stats package. Without this you don't get a good feel for traffic or where that traffic is coming from. This could be Google Analytics or something like this one (http://www.statcounter.com) which I am trying out on Tunbridge Wells Events. Fairly simple to set up and add to each page.
