Yes it can happen to anyone, Gordon Brown is today facing calls for an internal investigation into claims of bullying at No. 10. Somewhat embarrassingly for the Government, the Chief Exec of the National Bullying Help Line has publicly stated that they have received several telephone calls from No 10 staff allegedly regarding claims of bullying despite these claims having already been formally denied by No.10. Personnel Today recently reported on the numbers of vexatious litigants presenting dubious claims to the Employment Tribunal. In plain english this means people who make claims in the Employment Tribunal against a company usually for discrimination when they have no basis at all for their claim.
