We are a firm of experienced, specialist employment lawyers. Unlike many other law firms, which advise on a variety of areas of law, we only advise on employment law. This means that all of our resources are dedicated to employment law issues, and our lawyers are experts in this field.

The firm’s roots are in Pam Loch, founder and Managing Partner. Pam’s introduction to the legal world began as a graduate when she worked as a Technical Pensions Consultant in the legal advice department at one of the UK’s premier life and pensions companies for six years. During this time Pam developed a passion for the law and made the decision to go back to university. Pam worked as a trainee solicitor whilst studying for a Bachelor degree in law and quickly progressed through the ranks of solicitor, associate and then Partner. Pam originally qualified as a Scottish solicitor and as she moved firms from Scotland further south to Newcastle, and then eventually to London, she became dual-qualified.

Working in various high profile law firms gave Pam the vision to establish her own niche employment firm. Having started from a firm of just one, Loch Associates has grown rapidly and now boasts a range of achievements and recognition, including being ranked in Chamber & Partners.

We hope to continue to add to our team of talented individuals who can provide a first-rate and unique service to clients. We believe that the legal profession must adapt to the changing needs of clients and hope to lead the way in providing a modern and relevant legal service.
