I am a herbalist, teacher and writer and a partner at the WellSpring which is a complementary medicine clinic offering around 12 different therapies.

We take a holistic approach to support people in achieving optimum health and to help prevent and treat illness.

We see complementary medicine as being down-to-earth common sense that works alongside conventional medicine not in opposition to it - in fact our clinic is above the Lonsdale Medical Centre and we have some interesting conversations as we meet our conventional medicine colleagues in the kitchen!

Our aim is to become the leading centre for holistic healthcare in the South East and in doing so to create a convivial atmopshere at the clinic where clients feel at home.
