Act on leaflets through your door. Recently two boys earned the minimum wage for washing my car and creosoting a garden shed.  Two girls were less lucky; I have no babies left to sit for.  These young people deserve encouragement.  If you know a youngster toying with the idea of their own business, a useful Chrsitmas present for them is entrepreeur Luke Johnson's book  "Start It Up;  why running your own business is easier than you think".
