Efficiency Savings

Are you a manager (paticularly in a public service organisation)? if so ask yourself, how can my department provide a better service with existing resources? Delegate similar questions to any subordinates, sub managers or supervisors below you in the hierarchy. When you have their answers, report to your own boss, superior or line mangaer how s/he might approve your ideas and how s/he might use this ammunition in negotiating his/her own budgets. Get on with it anyhow. Its your job.
