Oh my God I'm Struggling

Dear all members firstly can I thank you for letting me join your networking group.  I am really new to social media and if it was not for Susi Ibelati I would still not be on the map, she has been sooo helpful I must be on the verge of harassing her. I now realise that clicking on everyone on TWITTER is not the way forward I need the followers badly to get my business name out there but following someone in Australia is not for me as I am sure they will get to where they want before I get to Gatwick LOL.

Iam also aware my website needs work on page optimisation and backlinks etc I have had a few quotes but more can help me make my mind up its all hurting my head I had no idea it would be so expensive to get on GOOGLE.
